Hightrons books your loads, negotiates real rates, and handles every BOL, rate confirmation, and invoice — so you can keep the wheels turning and the money moving.
We work the boards 24/7 — DAT, Truckstop, direct broker relationships — and book loads that match your lane, equipment, and home-time preferences.
Our dispatchers know what every lane should pay. We push for top-dollar rates and walk away from cheap freight that wastes your truck.
Rate cons, BOLs, invoices, factoring submissions, lumper receipts — we process every document on every load, so you never touch paperwork.
Breakdown at 2 a.m., detention at the dock, a dispute with the broker — your dispatcher is one call away, every hour, every day.
MC authority, COI, W-9, voided check. We set up your carrier profile, get you onboarded with our broker network, and you're booking within 48 hours.
Where you want to run, what rate you'll accept, equipment, home time. We build the search around your truck, your rules.
Load details hit your phone — origin, destination, rate, broker, pickup window. One thumbs-up and we lock it in. No forced dispatch, ever.
Check calls, paperwork, invoicing, factoring submission, broker disputes — all done by us. Settlement hits your account on schedule.
Rate confirmations, bills of lading, invoices, factoring packets, lumper receipts — processed the day they happen and filed where you can find them. Faster invoicing means faster settlement.

In my 12 years of driving I've used three different dispatchers — Hightrons is the first one I've recommended to other owner-ops. They book the loads I'd book for myself.
Was running for $1.90 a mile under my last dispatcher. Three months with Hightrons and I'm averaging $3.40. They actually negotiate. Game changer.
What sold me was the paperwork. Haven't touched an invoice or rate con in eight months. My factoring company gets clean submissions every time — settlement is faster too.
Tell us about your truck and we’ll call you back within the hour during business hours.
Hightrons handles the work you didn't get into trucking to do — finding loads, fighting for rates, chasing paperwork, sorting out problems with brokers. So you can do the work you did get into trucking to do: drive.
Our dispatchers work DAT, Truckstop, and a direct broker network around the clock. Every load is matched to your equipment, your lanes, and what you'll actually accept — no junk freight just to fill the truck.
You see every load before it's booked. Origin, destination, rate, broker, pickup window. One reply from you and we lock it in.
We know what every lane should pay. Spot market data, seasonal patterns, broker behavior — our dispatchers come to the phone armed with real numbers, not hopes.
Our drivers run between $3 and $4 per mile on average. That's what real negotiation looks like — not what loadboards quote, what loads actually book at.
Rate confirmations, bills of lading, invoices, factoring submissions, lumper receipts, accessorial charges, COIs, W-9s — we handle every document on every load. Same-day. Every time.
Faster paperwork means faster settlement. Our drivers see their factoring submissions completed within hours of signed POD, not days.
Breakdown on I-40 at 2 a.m. Stuck at the dock for six hours. Broker won't return your call about a short pay. These are not problems for tomorrow morning — they need a dispatcher on the line right now.
You get your dispatcher's direct cell number on day one. Not a call center, not a queue, not a chatbot. A person who knows your truck, your lanes, and your situation.
Your driver portal shows every rate con, BOL, invoice, and settlement we've processed — organized by load, searchable, downloadable.

Talk to dispatch →Hightrons started in 2016 with one truck, one dispatcher, and a frustration that's now familiar to any owner-operator: dispatch services that charge a lot, communicate poorly, and book cheap freight. We built the opposite.
We're based in East Elmhurst, Queens — 15 minutes from JFK, a short hop from the Port of New York and New Jersey, and within reach of every major freight corridor on the East Coast.
What started as a side hustle for a former owner-operator turned into a company dispatching for over 100 drivers across the country. Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only — if it rolls, we've moved it.
Today our dispatchers come from trucking backgrounds themselves. They know what detention feels like when you've already got a tight delivery window. They know what a $1.80 a mile load does to your margins. They book and negotiate with that context every day.
We're not the cheapest dispatcher. We're not the biggest. We're the one that picks up the phone at 2 a.m., that fights for $0.20 more on a rate, that submits your invoice the same day you deliver. Boring stuff, done well.
Every decision starts with: does this serve the driver? Not the broker, not the bottom line. If a load's bad for you, we walk away from it — even if we lose the commission.
No buzzwords, no jargon, no upselling. If something's wrong, we tell you. If we can't fix it, we say so. Trust is earned by being straight, not slick.
Paperwork on time, calls returned, rates negotiated, problems handled. Reliability is a feature. We win by doing the unglamorous work consistently.
Started in a one-room office in East Elmhurst with three drivers and a borrowed loadboard subscription.
Hit our first major milestone — 25 owner-operators running Hightrons-booked freight across the lower 48.
Pandemic and supply chain chaos pushed us to round-the-clock support. We never went back.
Built our document portal so every driver can see every BOL, rate con, and invoice in one place.
Over 100 owner-operators and small fleets booking freight with us every week. Still growing, still independent.
100+ drivers can't be wrong. Tell us about your truck and we'll have you rolling in 48 hours.
Call, email, or fill out the form. We answer the phone 24/7 and respond to form submissions within the hour during business hours.
Fill out the form and a dispatcher will call you back within the hour during business hours, within 12 hours otherwise.

By using Hightrons Dispatch services, signing our Dispatch Service Agreement, submitting a carrier packet, or accepting a load booked by us, you ("Carrier") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any separate signed agreement between you and Hightrons. In the event of conflict, a signed agreement controls.
Hightrons Dispatch provides freight dispatch services to motor carriers, including:
Hightrons is not a broker, freight forwarder, or carrier. We do not take title to freight, do not arrange transportation in our own name, and do not assume any obligations of the carrier under broker-carrier agreements.
To use our services, you must, at all times during our engagement:
You are solely responsible for:
We agree to:
We do not guarantee a specific number of loads, a specific rate per mile, or any particular level of revenue.
Our standard commission is 5% of the gross load amount for each load we book on your behalf, unless a different rate is agreed in writing.
Commission is earned on each load booked through Hightrons, regardless of who ultimately pays. Commission is calculated on the agreed broker-to-carrier rate confirmation amount, before factoring fees, lumper reimbursements, or other deductions.
Commission is invoiced weekly. Carrier agrees to pay invoices within 7 days of receipt. Hightrons may, at its option, deduct commission directly from settlement payments if the Carrier authorizes such an arrangement in writing with their factoring company.
Invoices not paid within 30 days may accrue interest at the lower of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law. Carrier remains liable for collection costs and reasonable attorney fees.
Hightrons does not charge sign-up fees, monthly subscription fees, or minimums. You only pay commission on loads we book for you.
This agreement begins when you submit your first signed carrier packet and continues month-to-month until terminated by either party.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice (email is sufficient). Termination does not affect:
Hightrons and Carrier are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency (except as expressly stated), partnership, joint venture, or franchise relationship. Neither party has authority to bind the other except as specifically authorized in writing.
Carrier acknowledges that Hightrons does not own, operate, or maintain any motor vehicles, does not employ drivers, and does not control the manner or means by which Carrier performs transportation services.
Each party agrees to keep confidential the non-public business information of the other, including broker relationships, lane rates, commission terms, and customer lists. This obligation survives termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hightrons' total aggregate liability to Carrier under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid by Carrier to Hightrons in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event will Hightrons be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, equipment downtime, or claims by third parties, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Hightrons is not liable for any cargo claims, freight loss, damage, theft, delay, detention, or any claim arising from the actual transportation of goods.
Carrier agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hightrons, its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved as follows:

Hightrons Dispatch is a freight dispatch service. We bill commission on a per-load, performance basis. This policy explains how we handle cancellations, refund requests, and payment disputes. It applies to all carriers and customers who pay Hightrons through electronic payment methods including credit card, debit card, ACH, or any other payment processor.
We believe in earning every dollar we charge. If you are unhappy with our service, we want to hear about it and make it right.
Our pricing model is commission-only:
Because we are paid only when we deliver successful bookings, there are no upfront charges that would typically trigger a refund.
You may cancel your relationship with Hightrons Dispatch at any time, with or without cause, by emailing dispatch@Hightrons.com or calling (406) 434-1850. There is no cancellation fee and no notice period.
Cancellation takes effect immediately for new loads. However, you remain responsible for commission on:
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
The following are not eligible for refund:
To request a refund, send an email to dispatch@Hightrons.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
You may also call (406) 434-1850 to discuss a refund with a dispatcher first.
All refund requests must be submitted within 60 days of the original charge. Requests received after 60 days will be reviewed at our sole discretion.
We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 10 business days of receiving complete information.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method:
Hightrons does not control the timing of how quickly the refund appears in your account once we have released it — that depends on your bank or processor.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at dispatch@Hightrons.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than a chargeback process.
If a chargeback is filed, we will:
Chargebacks that are determined to be invalid or fraudulent may result in (a) immediate termination of services, (b) reporting to industry credit and carrier-verification databases, and (c) collection of the disputed amount plus reasonable costs.
Hightrons processes electronic payments through PCI-DSS-compliant third-party providers, which may include Stripe, Square, PayPal, Authorize.Net, or similar U.S.-based processors. By making a payment to Hightrons, you also agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems. Card data is tokenized and stored securely by the processor.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active carriers by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
